Fire & Security Service Engineer / Small Works

Protect and Detect Ltd is a leading provider of fire safety solutions committed to ensuring the safety and protection of residential properties. With a dedication to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team based in and around East Anglia. For upcoming projects in the Chelmsford & Braintree catchment area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Good understanding of all aspects of commercial fire alarm systems, intruder CCTV and door access
- Servicing of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control.
- To provide callout response for the client as per a callout rota.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
- Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.

Fire & Security Installation Engineer

Apply Now🔥 Exciting Opportunity for Fire & Security Installation Engineer 🔥 Are you a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Installation Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing projects.
THE ROLE
- Carrying out planned Installation of Fire systems to the correct standard
- Carry out system commissioning and handovers to customers.
- Carry out fault finding on systems.
- Completing paperwork to the required standard
- Programming of systems and an understanding of cause and effect
- Meet predefined target times for installation.
- Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Good understanding of all aspects of commercial fire alarm systems, intruder CCTV and door access
- Prefered FIA Trained
- Live in the East Anglian Region
